Return and Refund Policy

Return on electronics

Radhe Enterprise promises to deliver on its post sale support via offering easy returns on applicable circumstances. Since we mostly work on refurbished and used items, and to help you have a smooth experience we offer returns upto 7 days with full refund provided the product is returned as it is and reason for return is that it is not working as promised by our team or product description. 

No return requests will be entertained via our social media pages due to high  traffic and active tabs, instead please write to our support and wait for 24 hours for us to check it through and get back to you, only contact the number on support after 24 hours.

Return on personal items and accessories

We also offer applicable replacements on shoes, watches, speakers and all other accessories upto 7 days. Returns on new items isn't accepted once the box seal or tag is removed, only replacements will be done in that scenario once your claims are verified by the team. Size misfit is offered under replacement as well if the size is available in stock if not then we urge you to ship the item back to us for refund and in that case 5% of the total order value will be deducted as part of processing charges and gateway charges. Please note that for replacements you have to ship it back to us under 7 days for replacement, failure to do so will mark the product as accepted.

  • Used Products are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns. Kindly provide unpacking video/images of product received at the time of raising Return Request.

  • Orders priced below â‚¹1000 are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns.

  • Orders placed under CLEARANCE SALE/SAMPLE SALE are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns.

  • Orders placed using DISCOUNT COUPONS/REFERRAL CODES are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns.

  • These above categories are neither eligible for refunds.

Refund policy

A total of 3% will be deducted in final payment as payment gateway charges and rest amount will be transferred to your preffered mode of payment within 7-15 business days.


Reason for 5% and 3% charges

All products we offer are of utmost quality and well below the market rate which we offer to make an affordable marketplace. These charges are not pocketed by us but given to third parties to make everybody's shopping experience easier. Other Ecom platforms may offer you free delivery and instant refunds but they have factored that when they list same products upto 40% greater price. You can alternatively also choose to take 100% of refund money as store credit from us for future purchases.
